When I found this website, I was confused and hesitant to use this website to submit paperwork that needed to be submitted to the Clerks of Courts in Miami. I am glad I decided to go through with it. It was the easiest process I have encountered even with working with the City. Highly recommend as it is super easy to use and received that everything was approved and recorded in two working days. Thank you so much for bringing my stress level lower as many uncertainties of how to process my paperwork. Will use it again to finish my project as the City continues to not accept walk ins. Thank you so much.

Ordered the forms, completed them, had them notarized, then erecorded all in under 2 hours. Would have been faster but had to wait for the bank to open for notary. Might try the online notary next time. Fantastic experience.

AMAZING! Easy to use, reasonable fee - and get MUCH MORE than just a deed form. I ordered a "deed" and received a whole "package," including a guide and the jurisdiction's costs schedule and cover page that would be needed to record the deed - even included a Certificate of Transfer that is not required for a deed but something I needed for a different transaction. The website was extremely easy to use and the cautions about not disclosing personal information were so clear and personal, they made me feel secure in knowing this site was not trying to rip me off. Very professional. Well done.

The document I purchased (QuitClaim Deed) had detailed directions explaining how to complete the form. Deeds.com was so simple and easy to use! My local recorders office is closed due to COVID-19 and their recording said to use Deeds.com. I thought it was going to either be very complicated or very expensive and it was neither!!! The site walked me through step by step and the price of their service was very fair and affordable.
