Signing up was easy and the form was amazing. The ability to type on it (I am on a MAC) was beyond my expectations, the ability to save a blank, save my two documents, save the instructions and sample was excellent. Very helpful, with blank and sample completed documents. The only thing I was confused about was the "legal description" of my property. The documents weren't too helpful on what that meant. Otherwise they were great. It saved me $200 to prepare these myself.

Documents are ok but I needed to reword some of the verbiage and it cannot be edited without paying a monthly or annual membership. otherwise it is a very nice site.

I haven't taken the forms to our county clerk for recording yet so not sure they contain all needed information in the order needed but forms were easy to read, easy to save and with well documented instructions available. Thank you

Good so far could use more examples for each section of info. needed. ex. (parcel and alt.ID info where to find and etc. #2 more examples. If it was not for the red print examples helping to fill the form out I could have downloaded free forms, the examples are what made me choose your form !

Very quick, easy and readily available forms. No wait, no advertisements, no pressure to purchase MORE. I expected to only get part of the information I needed, and for there to be a hidden cost to get the complete package, but surprisingly, I got immediate access to all the forms I ordered, AND THERE WERE NO ADDITIONAL HIDDEN COSTS!
