All data you post is correct regarding forms, fees, etc. We have just spent several months researching Property Theft, using many cites from various sources. One thing I suggest is use the nomenclature Borrower / Lender / instead of Mortgatator / Mortgatee… Had to google which is which ? !

Outstanding forms and service. Liked that the main deed forms were PDF so I could fill them out on my laptop, in my own time, instead of some online Q/A auto populate system. Guide was helpful, as was the completed sample. Used the erecording service to file the deed, amazing.
