A suggestion: Include instructions on how to add your spouse to the deed, rather than transferring completely to a third party

The form and instructions were easy enough to follow if you had all the information.\r\nThe only drawback to the form was the length of text allowed for the name of the document (#4). The form self populates in multiple locations but when printed truncated the name if too many characters were used. I kept having to update the name of the document to allow for proper printing.

Very Poor and useles, a scam, don't waste your money, those templates are useless and do Not give you Any valid,proper, meeningful wording to use, did Not Help me, nothing more than what a 5th grader can come up with as far as wording or example..I feel I was riped off and this is a total scam... nothing useful
We appreciate all feedback, even when it’s critical. Thousands of customers have successfully used our documents, but they are not for everyone. These are reviewed, fill-in-the-blank templates that provide the wording and structure required by law. Some situations call for more personalized guidance or hand-holding than templates alone can provide, and in those cases an attorney may be the better option.

Forms easy to download but experienced problems trying to type in my information into the forms. Then when I went to print a form, Adobe wanted to charge me for printing. I ended up printing the blank forms and then filling them out manually.

I had a great experience using Deeds.com to file my legal document. The whole process was simple and easy to follow. The website walks you through each step, and everything is explained clearly. At one point, I had to resubmit my documents, but even that was quick and easy. There were clear instructions, and I had no trouble making the changes and sending them again. The communication was great too. I was kept updated the whole time, and any questions I had were answered fast. The process was easy and cost was reasonable. My only suggestion is to allow user the ability to shorten the space between the county and state and the space after the month. I needed to draw a line at the courthouse before they would file it.
