To call an affidavit of minor correction a Correction Deed in your descriptions is incorrect. They are two different products. I did not intend to purchase an affidavit. I intended to purchase a Correction Deed.

Not very helpful since I am married and the example provided is for single person. Nevada homestead requires spouse to sign off on quit claim deed but no guidance provided as to where this acknowledgment is placed on template form. There should be example for married person as well. Had to use another service. Waste of $21.

Licensed to practice law for 25 years in multiple jurisdictions, the most dreaded part of doing what you already know how to do is researching again to make sure the legislatures have not changed the rules while you were doing something else. 22 bucks for this package is one hell of a deal and a real timesaver. I purchased a Quit Claim Deed package a couple weeks ago. The included guide unfortunately didn't answer all the questions about my specific case of how to fill it out, so I sent them a couple questions on Sept 8. It's now the 23rd, and still no reply. The form is a useless waste of money if I don't know how to fill it out in a legally-accurate way.
We certainly do not want you to waste your money Philippe, to that end your order and payment has been canceled. We do hope that you seek the advice of a legal professional familiar with your specific situation. It should go without saying but just to be clear, our do it yourself forms do not include legal representation for $19. Have a wonderful day.

I was unable to end up going through with the deed process on my own as it was out of my realm. I suspect if I knew what I was actually doing when completing a deed, it would of been sufficient. I ended up having to go through an attorney to complete the deed.

The forms are very confusing when there is so much to download! Trying to keep track and make sure you have everything needed is terrible! I think I have everything but I was under the impression I would be filling it out online and with instructions... I am very disappointed to say the least!

Of little use to me. I did not feel this really help me to do a Quick Claim Deed here in Minnesota on my own. All it showed me is what a complex mess it is to fill out this deed. That, unfortunately, I am going to have to hire a professional to make sure it is done right.

I did not receive the information in a timely fashion as stated on the website. I would not recommend this service.

That is significantly longer than the 10 minute average listed on our website. Even in these unprecedented times of quarantines and staff shortages our failure is unacceptable. I purchased this thinking I would be able to complete the QuitClaim Deed myself because an example was provided, but you still need to be a lawyer to figure all the wording out. It was not worth the price I paid for it.

why not word format??
Good question. There are many reasons, we'll touch on a few. For the end user (you) Adobe Reader is free, Word is not. PDF is the portable document standard, Word is a decent word processor. A portable document format (PDF) maintains document formatting such as margins and font size which is very important to legal documents, Word does not. Have a wonderful day.
