This is another great deal that has come out of the quarantine for covid. Saved me hours and days of time. and provides a way to file deeds that really isn't done effectively anyway else. It was also very inexpensive that you would not expect. I didn't even have to leave home.

The download of forms, etc. was easy and the guides that were provided were good, but more information would have been nice as to where to find tax map #, parcel #, and district mentioned in Exemptions from Property Transfer Fees (and Declaration of Consideration or Value. In general, I was quite pleased with your product.

This was my first experience with e-recording. Deeds.com was AWESOME! Within one hour, I signed up with Deeds.com, recorded a deed in a neighboring county and had access to a copy of the recorded deed. I also appreciate the fact that there are no monthly or annual fees. Thanks Deeds.com!
