Your system is completely unfriendly to the user. There is no clear way, unless you are a lawyer, to go through the the process without making mistakes. Very disappointed attempted user

It was easy to complete the deed but on the third page I only need one signature in stead of 3 I need to delete 2 or put n//a in those blocks I will continue to use your services and have recommended it to others

Great fillable form! And the separate instruction sheet was detailed and very clear. I particularly appreciate you including a sample of a completed form. I've filled in real estate forms before but never this one, and there were some things I didn't know.

Your product package was thorough and I am the one who does not know how to use or begin to be interactive with a computer. I wish I had learned long ago....ok your directions appear to be clear but when you are not familiar to the words.....it can and is difficult.....I downloaded the forms and completed them by hand/pen.....I just hope it will be acceptable to the recorder....Thank you
