Just found this site, what a great resource ! Thank you so much for providing affordable help to those of us navigating estate planning mazes. The forms were all very easy to download, even on our rather ancient computer, and the accompanying explanations were in clear, understandable English designed to explain, with appropriate cautions to avoid problems.

It was more detailed than the forms on other website, plus cheaper. I do not have date it was recorded in 2000 but did have date of warranty deed. Will that be ok with Recorder? Also did not want to date it today till I know when and where the Recorders office is located.

I recieved my document in a reasonable amount of time. I thought being a member i would be able to look up more than 1 document but it keeps asking me for more money. I requested help, asking if I need to pay for each document but have not yet been answered. I appreciate the fact I got 1 document I needed quickly.

I didn't have a chance to judge your services because I received a message saying that my requested title could not be searched. I will say, the website is easy to navigate. I'm not sure how many who use these services are laymen, but I would suggest adding a detailed explanation of each service. I had to Google the difference between each type of title search, but I might just be more uninformed than the average person, or I just didn't see it on your website

Their customer service is outstanding - absolutely excellent - via messages, I communicated with them immediately and 24/7 - on weekends and at night. I would not even try another service as they provide excellence which is so rare these days.

Forms appear to be most current and instructions clear. Inserting grantor/grantee information onto form a bit "clunky" however no major issues. I will be using services again.
