The website worked fine and I would have been happy to pay the extra money except the deed I needed was "not available". Ended up calling the courthouse anyway.

It was outstanding, seriously, I had 3 e mail correspondences asking for information and providing feedback within 2 hours and was ready for submission at that point. I paid the invoice online and by the end of the day I had electronic verification that Registry of Deeds had processed my documents. That work is good stuff ! Pete

I just submitted a beneficiary deed and it was accepted immediate and then recorded the next day! I like that I receive email messages notifying me of the process. The process was super easy and seamless. It's saved me so much time that I did not have to drive to downtown Phoenix to have this document record it. I love Deeds.com.

The boxes do not allow you to add the entire information. The after recording return to box would not let me add a zipcode.
