Are there any recurring fees involved?
No. Nothing to cancel, no memberships, no recurring fees.
If a trustee or person entitled to payment receives full satisfaction of a deed of trust, he/she shall acknowledge satisfaction of the deed of trust by recording a release and reconveyance of the deed of trust, (It shall not be necessary for the trustee to join in the acknowledgment or satisfaction, or in the release. The recorded release or satisfaction of deed of release and reconveyance constitutes conclusive evidence of full release of the deed of trust in favor of purchasers and encumbrancers for value and without actual notice.)

Thanks for reaching out. While we do send some email notifications, we do not email documents. All orders are available via your account. You can log into your account from the menu button at the top left of most pages on the website.

I was in despair as I needed to file two (2) very important documents with the County. Due to Covid the office was closed and my only recourse was to E-Fie with a service provider. I was fortunate enough to hear about Deeds.com. They were specific, courteous, patient and most of all productive. My documents will take awhile for the final filing but that is because the County happens to have a slow turn around time. Otherwise, I am now relieved that this part is over. Thank you Deeds.com. I love deeds.com - hands down, the quickest way to record a warranty deed. The process and communication is so quick - the recording transaction too. Worth the extra $20 to me for my time! I didn't spend over an hour driving around, talking to someone via a kiosk to record the deed, didn't have to spend the energy of loading kids into the car to come with me, etc. The efficiency and timely process is worth the cost! The form itself was very good and easy to use. The only problem I had was the Sample they provided. Using a different name in every spot doesnt help determine what goes where. Using "Theodore Rockafeller" as Lien Claimant in one spot and Jebediah Finklestein in another then Harvey Johnson in the last spot is confusing if you really need a helpful sample.

I am mostly satisfied with my Deeds.Com experience. Not sure if you can do anything about this, but since it is fairly common, I thought the Quit Claim Form would have a section specifically for adding spouse to a deed.
