FRANK O. said: Easy to download and use the forms, however two forms needed for my county recording were not included.

Reply from Staff: Thank you for your feedback Frank. We'll look into finding and including the additional supplemental documents. Sometimes supplemental documents have to be generated by the county's system, specific to the transaction.

Saved a lot of money by not having to use a lawyer/paralegal to do this simple task. Will definitely use Deeds.com in the future for any further needs. Thank you

Bernadette G. said: I LOVE that very concise directions and a sample completed deed were included. They were incredibly helpful. I did like the quick response to questions and the refund of my purchase when they were unable to find a deed I needed. I wasn't sure if I could trust this site, but my deed transfer went through without a hitch with the paperwork that was provided/purchased.
