It includes a "special instructions" section which can be used to further limit or define the powers given.

This instrument is to be construed and interpreted as a durable power of attorney that takes effect immediately and (this power of attorney shall not be affected by the principal's subsequent incapacity.) CA Prob Code 4124(a)

Breeze.... It feels silly to hire an attorney to do this for just one beneficiary. Thanks.

I believe you need more instruction on the use of the web site. I would type and nothing would appear on the form. When I tried to save a completed form I ended with a blank form with no detail.

I found the documents I needed and so many more that I will utilize for business, personal and family needs. Also I made a purchase of an additional document I did not need that serves the same purpose as one I purchased and Deeds.com had no issue refunding the unnecessary document in an unbelievably quick response and refund. I would recommend this document provider to everyone including legal office management.

The system was simple to use. The rep that answered my questions could have been a little more forthcoming, but that being said I would use the service again.
