This document creates a durable, limited power of attorney for the PURCHASE of real property, located in Colorado. A power of attorney is a legal document delegating authority from one person to another. In the document, the maker of the power of attorney (the "principal") grants the right to act on the maker's behalf as that person's Attorney-in-fact/Agent.
Attorney-in-fact means a person granted authority to act for the principal in a power of attorney, regardless of whether the person is known as an attorney-in-fact or agent.
This special power of attorney grants the agent the power to execute and deliver on the principal's behalf, name and stead, any in all necessary legal documents including contracts for sale, deeds, mortgages, deeds of trusts, promissory notes, settlement statements, affidavits, and other documents with regard to all matters concerning the PURCHASE of a specific Colorado property. Easy to use and instructions were very clear. If possible, it would be nice to be able to download the entire package at one time - it was a little cumbersome to download each item separately. (Of course, I didn't know which of the items I needed, so downloaded them all)

You charge too much for a form. Your business model is shortsighted. I would not try to use your service again. You got $20 from me this once, but I would try very hard to not use your service again. Your model does not encourage serial or professional usage.

The boxes do not allow you to add the entire information. The after recording return to box would not let me add a zipcode.

I was very pleased with the document I downloaded. I was able to edit it easily and save a copy both as a permanent copy or one that could still be edited. I also liked being able to cut and paste longer paragraphs. It cost a little more than I expected; however, it was worth it be cause I didn't have to fill it out by hand. Great job!
