First time using Deeds.com and feel that your platform is clear and easy to use. I was also pleased with the messaging center and follow-up and also surprised at how quickly our particular deed was recorded and available to view. Having said that, when I first investigated Deeds.com the fee was $15 and as of 1/1/21 it has increased to $19 which I feel is pretty steep for the handling of 1 simple document especially when the turnaround was basically the same day. Your fee was nearly the equivalent of the cost of the Clerk's recording fee. Perhaps you should offer a fee schedule for those of us who are not volume recorders. Just a thought.

If I hadn't spent my career as an escrow officer (albeit in another state), I may have had a hard time figuring out exactly which deed I needed and how to prepare them, even with the back-up informational, how-to pdf documents, without an attorney. My experience speaks to how much the general public doesn't understand and how confusing it can be. Nonetheless, the access to so many documents at a fairly reasonable cost, the basic how-to docs made available along with the purchased doc makes all the difference. I ended up loading the same file twice and was unable to delete one of them. I did send e request in to have one deleted and I did get a response back that only one file was processed. This was done in a timely manner but required more additional time. It would have been nice to be able to delete the file myself and finish the process at the same time. Other than this every thing did go very well. Thank you
