Pleased with the results, except for the "notice of confidentiality rights" above the QUIT CLAIM DEED headline. Is it needed to be included on the form or can it be removed ? How can it be removed, I do not see a reason for it to be on the print out copy. Thank you.

Deed.com is AMAZING! I only had about 2 weeks to get my quit claim deed recorded by my county office before my refinace due date approached. Great forms - I got several property deeds and really appreciated that they came with the required state forms (for NY). the sample completed form is also really helpful. Attorney wanted hundreds- with this form it is the same amount of work but I can file myself for the cost of lunch!!
