An administrator's deed is a fiduciary instrument used in estate administration to transfer real property pursuant to laws of intestate succession. An administrator is a personal representative selected by the probate court to administer a decedent's intestate estate.
Use an administrator's deed to convey interest in real property to a grantee with a special warranty. This type of warranty affirms that, while the grantor/administrator controlled the property, she never acted in a way to change the status of the title.
In addition to meeting state and local standards for real estate deeds, administrator's deeds also include details about the decedent's probate case. A court order for sale is required before a transfer can be made. Supporting documentation, such as an affidavit of real property transfer under KRS 382.135(4), is required before an administrator can record the deed in the office of the county clerk.

This site was easy to use for access to State forms for filing in Montmorency County clerks office. Not only did I find claim form but a sample claim was available for assisting on how to complete your form correctly. Found this so very useful for us (public resident) to fill in the form as a .PDF file that prints out typed form - rather than handwritten entries. There is a fee but your access is always available on internet to this site in the future. Saved me time using this site and My filed form looks professional. Laborious process to gain access; need to indicate PRIINT when complete and inform that if page is backspaced, entered info disappears, necessitating starting all over again. There is only one “A” provision, when some documents have several more. Space is too limited in some instances to provide what is necessary for recording. Thank you

The Quitclaim deed seems pretty simple However I wonder if I can fll out the paper as easily as it looks I appreciate very much the sample and the direction for filling out the deed. Now I am in the process of gathering document to fill out the deed and I think only when after everything done, I may have a clear idea how good the Quitclaim Deed is.
