Review: There are 10 PDFs in this warranty deed package. I don't even know what to do with them all. I don't think the directions are clear enough on how to put it all together. I probably won't use it, and feel I have wasted my money.

The form was very easy to use and the sample tool you had was very helpful. the only problem i had was saving the document and then trying to find it later. I finally was able to figure out how to save it. but i still cannot find the saved document on my computer. Luckily i printed it before i closed it and did not need to make any changes.

TODD Form would not print surveyor degrees character (superscript "o") in Exhibit A. It also would not print the "Return Address" or "Prepared By" entries with my middle name as your example showed.

First time user - process went very smooth and fast. It took me a little to find my messages. At first I didn't know you process documents other than deeds so maybe you should consider putting on your home page that it's not only for deeds - it's for any document that needs recording. :)
