The Notice of Furnishing is used to certify that labor and/or materials were furnished, or will be furnished upon a specific property identified in the Notice.
In Kentucky, any lien will be dissolved unless the claimant, within six (6) months after he ceases to labor or furnish materials, files, in the office of the county clerk of the county in which the building or improvement is situated, a statement of the amount due him, with all just credits and set-offs known to him, together with a description of the property intended to be covered by the lien sufficiently accurate to identify it, the name of the owner, if known, and whether the materials were furnished or the labor performed by contract with the owner or with a contractor or subcontractor. K.R.S. 376.080(1).

Of little use to me. I did not feel this really help me to do a Quick Claim Deed here in Minnesota on my own. All it showed me is what a complex mess it is to fill out this deed. That, unfortunately, I am going to have to hire a professional to make sure it is done right.

The Website was easy to use. I live in Houston Texas and mother recently passed away in California and I need affidavit of joint tenant forms. Great service - it was my first time using the service and really recommend it. Due to COVID-19, my County Recorder's Office is closed and I was able to create the document using their vast templates, notarize it, and upload it into the system. The recording process took about 7 working days which is not bad considering that most people are working remotely. I will share this website and its many resources with my relatives and friends.
