The site is a good idea, however, I couldn't find what I needed with just the address alone. I was looking to get the name of a former landlord, as I can't remember it.

Finally able to print out the forms after a few tries. Honestly, I think it could have been designed a little better. I am almost 80; however, very computer savvy, but finally managed to get what I needed.

Easement deed contract was easy to complete, however after additional research raises some concerns because the Ohio deed does not list a requirement for witness signatures and does not provide lines or an area for witness signatures. The document does provide the necessary area for the notary information and the grantor and grantee.

Deeds.com saved me time and research by offering a beneficiary deed and full instructions for filling it out. My home will now pass directly to my only son without probate. This form and other complimentary forms was an excellent value.

Perfect. Downloaded the forms with no issues, filled them out, had them notarized and recorded all in just a few hours (most of that time was spent at the recorder's office). Highly recommend.
