Quick and easy! I had previously prepared a Lady Bird deed, submitted it through Deeds.com and it was accepted/recorded by my county in just a few hours. The Deed.com $21 fee was well worth it as I saved fuel, tolls and parking costs not to mention at least 2-3 hours of my time that it would've taken to get downtown and back home!

I was very pleased with the ease in use of the forms. I suggest making sure the sample copy is totally aligned with the exact same parts. I was a little confused about the portion "Subject to.." It was easy to make corrections, additions, etc because the page remained open, and I didn't have to re=open the forms continuously.

It's an instant download. I was very pleased that it included instructions and any necessary additional forms. Much easier than spending 3 hours on a county assessor's website searching for every single form. A good deal and I don't know how Deeds.com keeps up with thousands of counties. The site is fine with one exception. About half the pdf files I downloaded were corrupted. I could not open them or view their contents. Fortunately, the link continued to work, so after I discovered this, I downloaded the corrupted files again, and they now seem fine. I do not know if my computer or the website caused this odd problem.

I did not receive the information in a timely fashion as stated on the website. I would not recommend this service.
