This form is executed by the current mortgagee named in the mortgage to (waive the priority of the mortgage in favor of another)(mortgage by executing a separate instrument acknowledged in the same manner as required for deeds and other instruments for the transfer of an interest in real estate. The waiver is effective to the extent of the mortgage waived.) When recorded (the waiver is constructive notice of the waiver to all persons dealing with the mortgage or with property described in the mortgage from the date the waiver is recorded.) This is a great tool to use. It makes recording documents so easy and convenient. The website is very user-friendly. The only suggestion I would have is if the website could email me directly when I have a message so I don't have to keep checking back to see if my document is ready.

I love how quick the turnaround is, my only request would be for an email notification be sent once an invoice is ready and then once a document is recorded and ready to download (only because I have a large caseload and it's very easy to forget things sometimes).
