When a suit is filed in any court, affecting title to real property, a Lis Pendens should be filed with the Clerk of the Chancery Court, in any and all county's where said property is located. A Mississippi Lis Pendens requires:

At which time the Clerk will immediately file the Lis Pendens to become public notice. 11-47-9

I downloaded the quit claim deed form and saved it on my computer. I opened it with Adobe and filled it out. The space for the legal description was too small (2 lines only) which did not allow enough room for the long property description that I had.

Found this site very easy to navigate and customer service very supportive and quickly answers any questions you have regarding forms. I am still in the trial stage. I am an older lawyer. Any help I can get is worth it. Once you get used to the format and data fill in the deed thing is excellent. Very professional if not a little slow. I have only done three deeds in one state so I will have to see how it goes. I like the product and their attitude towards pleasing the customer. We'll see when I try the recording part.

Unfortunately for me this website was of no help, due to the amount of paperwork that needed to be submitted. One thing I can say they responded with answer really quickly. If this is a website that only deals with quick and fast deed issues, then it should indicate what they can and cannot do.
