This form is used by the current beneficiary/lender to appoint a substitute trustee for a previously recorded Deed of Trust. (The beneficiary or holder of any deed of trust, including his agents, employees, successors, assigns, attorneys-in-fact or other legal representatives, may appoint a trustee or substitute a trustee, with or without the permission of the mortgagor or mortgagors. The trustee or substitute trustee so appointed may be a natural person, partnership, corporation, limited liability company, professional association or any other legal entity.) (MS Code 89-1-63)

I found this site a must. It provided all the forms I needed to file a Quit Claim Deed. I filed what use to be called a Quick Claim Deed 30 years ago. You only had to file the one form. Today it is called a Quit Claim Deed. The pack provided forms that I had no idea had to be filed with the Quit Claim Deed. I would not have known this otherwise if the option hadn't presented itself. I have an apple phone. I could not fill in the form to pay because apple phones do not have a dash that can be used when the field requires a phone number with a dash. I had to borrow an android phone in which the telephone keypad had a dash that could be used. It was easy to pay using an android phone but impossible to pay using an apple phone. Remove the requirement for dashes to allow apple phones to use this service.

I am an attorney who was trying to draft some deeds in arizona. The deed templates coupled with the document instructions saved me hours work. At 1st I was skeptical, so spent hours figuring out how to draft the documents, but could have saved so much time If I had just spend the $20 sooner. Would use again is needed a deed format as a basis for my drafting.
