I bought a Quitclaim Deed package for Fayette County, Kentucky, to transfer my house into a Living Trust that I had set up previously. Creating my Quitclaim Deed was pretty straightforward, using the form, the instructions, and the sample Quitclaim Deed. I signed my Quitclaim Deed at a nearby Notary Public, then took it to the Fayette County Clerk's office to be recorded. The clerk there asked me to make two small changes to the Quitclaim Deed, which she let me do in pen on the spot: * In the signature block for the receiver of the property, filled in "Capacity" as "Grantee as Trustee ______________________________ Living Trust". * In the notary's section, changed "were acknowledged before me" to "were acknowledged and sworn to before me".

You form was good the only thing that did not work was the download to fill it out !!! I use a Mac system and maybe that's what the issue was. I filled it out by hand and it worked for the purpose .

Great service! I downloaded the Quit Claim Deed package and I'm so grateful I did. It contained detailed directions on how to fill out all the forms, an example of a finalized copy, and excellent customer service. Also, if you choose to use their digital service, they will digitally submit the documents into the County Recorder's Office for you. I am not very happy about the fact that I paid 27.00 to not even have the forms filled out. I thought that it was going to be all done for me and I was told that I need a lawyer to have the form filled out properly.
