I found this site when looking for help filing a quitclaim deed to change my property deed to my married name. I received the correct forms, an example filled out, and a guide specific to my state. The deed is great. However, I do not believe your Statement of Full Consideration is up to date as it does not give the reference for an exemption on the Transfer on Death Deed.

5 Stars isn't enough! I worked with KVH today (12-30-20) to get some deeds filed in Dallas County before the end of the year. Timing was critical and I thought my only option was to record in person.
