I thought the instructions could have been a little better. I didn't know how to do this if the spouses are married but living in separate residences. Also I didn't understand the "Prior Instrument Reference". That should be explained better. Very sketchy instructions.

Not user friendly despite additional guide. There are other products out there that are superior. A waste of $20.

These guys saved the day! Very good at what they do and deliver AS ADVERTISED!! My county's recorder's office was closed to the public due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the recorder's office did not offer the service I needed online. Attempting to close on a home the following day, I was in immediate need of a deed for property that I previously owned to provide to the underwriters for my pending loan. descriptions for some areas were longer than what would print out on document - it showed and was visible on the form but would not print out - for example in the legal description. would be nice in fill in areas could be extended as needed
