I think it needs to be easier to enlarge print to fit an 8"x12" sheet of paper. Printing off samples is difficult to read as it is too small

This is an excellent resource. I was surprised because the price is so low I thought the products might be inferior. Easy to use, I would recommend deeds.com. I would recommend visiting your county recorder before having document notarized. They will review document and make sure everything you need is on the deed, before having notarized.

The Executor's Guide needs more info about what to put for grantee (estate of deceased or my name as executor?) and the price (something nominal like $10?) before there is a buyer. The guide seems to use only one example.
