I just started using Deeds.com but so far it has been a very easy and pleasant experience. I work in the area of family law and I was thrilled to find a service that offers the recoding of deeds via e-recording.
Glad we could be of service Susan, thank you for your kind words. Have an amazing day!

Poor communication. Confusing charges. (Waiting for explanation) overall, not thrilled and at this point would not recommend.
Sorry to hear of your confusion. We've gone ahead and canceled your order. We do hope that you find something more suitable to your needs elsewhere. Have a wonderful day.

The service was great but after I did all my work and uploaded the documents they canceled my stuff because the county they had on the list doesnt take/or have set up e-recording yet. It was a bit disappointing because thats the only reason I was on here is because it brought me here from that countys sight.
Thank you for your feedback, sorry we were not able to provide the service for you. Hope you have a great day.

Great service! Super easy to use! I used the service to download a deed notice to do a TOD on a property in Fairfax County, VA. Just a heads up that Fairfax County required me to add the last deed book and page # onto the deed notice but otherwise all was just as they required!
Thank you!
