(At any time after such notice of pendency is recorded, the party on whose behalf the same was filed or the party's attorney of record may cause the notice to be canceled in the office of the county clerk or register of deeds of any county in which the notice has been filed or recorded. The forms, and other information, are all excellent. I would be giving a 5-star review if it were not for the fact that downloading a "bundle" about quitclaim deeds required I download every single file independently (15 files). I would far prefer a zip file, or one click to download the whole pile of independent files.

What a wonderful and easy task using deeds.com. I searched on line for the proper procedure to file a quit claim deed. It looked to confusing to do mysellf until I found deeds.com. With their instructions, I was able to fill out all the proper forms and file with the court in two days. Saved me at least a thousand dollars if I had an attorney do the same. Thank you. My biggest complaint is I did not know when my document was ready until I got this survey. An email should be sent to say document is ready.

Easy fill in the blanks form. Just FYI make sure you have a copy of whatever deed you are changing and the tax records. You will want the language to be identical.

Great to have a downloadable form, rather than a cloud solution that gives no guarantee of privacy. Appreciated the sample.......but all of that still left me with open issues about how to tweak the form to serve my particular needs......for example: how to ensure that survivor rights were properly characterized; how far back I should go with the "Source" section + how I should layer my own additions to the chain of ownership, etc. Nonetheless, an overall happy experience.
