Nevada Conditional Waiver upon Final Payment.
Under NRS 108.2457(5)(c), lien claimants use this form when a required by the client to execute a waiver and release in exchange for or to encourage a customer to make payment of a final billing. The lien claimant is not paid in exchange for the waiver and release (or a single payee check or joint payee check is given in exchange for the waiver and release), so the lien is not actually waived until final payment clears, not including any disputed amount.

Not very helpful since I am married and the example provided is for single person. Nevada homestead requires spouse to sign off on quit claim deed but no guidance provided as to where this acknowledgment is placed on template form. There should be example for married person as well. Had to use another service. Waste of $21.

I called the county clerk office yesterday that i wanted to get a deed e-filed and recorded. I was told they are not accepting documents in person because of the COVID 19 pandemic that I have to mail it. I found Deeds.com online and in less than 24hrs i have my document. It would help if pages of a document indicated 1 of 3 etc. When I downloaded the TOD guide I got a 4th page though it only showed 3 on the screen.
