At this time the Court (shall order the party who recorded the notice to record with the recorder of the county a copy of the order of cancellation. The order must state that the cancellation has the same effect as an expungement of the original notice.) NRS 14.015

Excellent Site for recording documents to respective county Recorder Office. Excellent customer service, very well informed and experienced staff who responds promptly and guide customers throughout recording process. My recording was suspended But KVH (Staff) gave me proper timely advise and guided me for the procedure till recording was done by county office. It was a waste of time. I asked a question via your chat service. I received an acknowledgement that you received the question, that you might or might not answer it, and don't bother to reply to you email, as no one would read it. Confirming my belief that customer service is an oxymoron for most companies. (I doubt this review will ever appear on the site, or anyuhere else.)

PDF fields change font sizes leading to an unprofessional-appearing printed page. The examples for "Convey to" section don't include how to specify just one person instead of a married couple. Maybe that is simple but it would help to spell it out in an example. Haven't submitted to County Recorder yet, so will find out if it is acceptable.

The font issue is caused by using a PDF viewer other than Adobe Acrobat Reader. Our form fields are set to a uniform 12-point font, but non-Adobe viewers often render form fields inconsistently. Opening and printing the form with the free Adobe Acrobat Reader will resolve that.
Regarding the examples, that's a fair point, we'll look at expanding them.

Guidelines somewhat helpful. Forms fillable but not editable unless you buy an Adobe conversion service subscription. End product looks crude and amateurish. Fields can't be reduced or enlarged to accommodate unique data. Very disappointing.
