Proving Notice to Construction Lender in New Hampshire
Construction liens are governed by Chapter 447 of the New Hampshire Statutes.
Pursuant to New Hampshire RSA 447:12-b, II, any person entitled to a lien under RSA 447 shall, within fifteen (15) business days of the posting of the notice identifying the construction lender or of commencing to furnish services, materials, supplies or other things, whichever is later, provide written notice, via USPS Certified Mail with return receipt, to the institution providing the construction funds.
The notice states that such person is furnishing services, materials, supplies or other things necessary for the project. It identifies the parties, lists relevant dates, and includes the name and address of the job site. Failure to provide the notice required by this paragraph shall not alone invalidate the lien created by RSA 447:2-7. Id.

Great to have a downloadable form, rather than a cloud solution that gives no guarantee of privacy. Appreciated the sample.......but all of that still left me with open issues about how to tweak the form to serve my particular needs......for example: how to ensure that survivor rights were properly characterized; how far back I should go with the "Source" section + how I should layer my own additions to the chain of ownership, etc. Nonetheless, an overall happy experience. Being new at this, the system was somewhat difficult to understand at first. It took a couple of tries before I got it. It seems to be somewhat slow as well. However, it's a wonderful idea to have documents recorded from the comfort of your home, especially in the times that we are in with COVID19. I definitely don't mind paying the fee which I thought was reasonable.

One thing I suggest is use the nomenclature Borrower / Lender / instead of Mortgatator / Mortgatee… Had to google which is which ? !
