Once filed this Notice of Lis Pendens becomes (constructive notice to a purchaser or encumbrancer of the property concerned; and any person whose conveyance is subsequently recorded shall be considered a subsequent purchaser or encumbrancer and shall be bound by all the proceedings taken after the recording of the notice to the same extent as if he were made a party to the said action.) This was so easy to download, open the files and then complete the document on the computer then printing out. I waited to review this until we took it to Courthouse for the Recorder of Deeds and the legal task is now done. An attorney would probably have charge $300. This is a real deal packet!

Worked well for me to create a deed for a house I inherited. It was very thorough and easy to use. I have no experience with the law so I just googled terms I didn't understand and was fine. I also called land records a lot and ended up not needing a lot of the material included, but it was still good to have it.
