Limited Power Of Attorney For Real Property Specific Real Property Transaction (N.C.G.S. 32C-3-303)
This is a recordable form used for a real property transaction. It allows the agent to perform one of four tasks on behalf of the principal.
1.To finance the purchase of a property secured by a deed of trust encumbering the property, or
2. To refinance the property secured by a deed of trust encumbering the Property, or
3. To purchase a property in compliance with the terms and provisions of a certain offer to purchase and contract, when Principal is buyer, or
4. To sell a property in compliance with the terms and provisions of a certain offer to purchase and contract, when Principal is seller.
This limited power of attorney becomes effectively immediately and can have a set termination date. If a date is not provided, it terminates in one year.

The program fields should allow the customer to change font size and allow additional space for information to be place on the Deed. Not Bad, still needs improvement.

Deeds.com was such a blessing in order for me to get something done that my lawyers could not get done. Transferring a mineral right from my deceased parents to me and my husband. My overall experience was positive. Little trouble uploading documents but resolved. I had two mineral deeds to file in Arkansas, two different counties, exactly the same form, only difference being property description; one was completed, one was canceled. I emailed to inquire why and the reply was in an automatic email indicating that email address was not monitored and if further action would be taken on Deeds.com part, I would be notified. Other than that, I would recommend their services to avoid using snail mail.

I found your instructions and sample for completing a quit-claim deed in Arizona to be simple and easy to follow with one exception. The website to use in order to determine the code for the reason for exemption of fees was incorrect, as a result of which I had to contact the County Recorder to obtain that information.
