Deed.com is AMAZING! I only had about 2 weeks to get my quit claim deed recorded by my county office before my refinace due date approached. I would give you a zero if possible. The webpage is as cumbersome has all get out. I am on web pages all day every day and this one is by far the hardest one to get around in.
