What is the North Carolina Release Deed for Deed of Trust

Executed by the lender, once the trustee is notified by the borrower. Signed by the lender, releasing any lien attached by the "Deed of Trust" that's assigned to the property. In general, a release is required to be recorded within 60 days of satisfaction.

Lee County, FL did accept the "Satisfaction of Mortgage" form. It was easy to fill out except for a couple of areas. Your fill in areas need to accommodate for whatever space needed for the pertinent information we as customers have to fill out. As individuals, banks have their own. Example when there are more than 1 party and information needed. Example of Document #; I was 1 number short (using Exhibit A was ridiculous.) So I had to write in the # after printing. Very unprofessional looking on a legal document. Just saying. Also, in Lee County, FL your document # is called "Instrument #, not said in your instructions. Hope this information helps for updates on your forms.

I was in a rush to record a quit claim deed, however due to covid 19 Miami dade county recorders office are not open to public. According to staff I would have to mail in the quit claim deed and wait approximately two weeks for the deed to get recorded. Thanks to Deeds.com I got my document recorded in less than one day. Overall positive experience; especially liked immediate access to downloaded documents and instructions. My only concern was lack of adequate space in portions of your beneficiary deed blank form which then required me to use 3 exhibits to complete all necessary documents for the county recorders office. Assuming they accept them I will call this a strong win. Thanks.
