Website is easy to use. I ordered the form, filled it out and uploaded it for recording. My only critique is that you can't preview the form before ordering and paying for it. I ordered a Deed of Full Reconveyance form only to find out I needed the Substitution of Trustee and Deedn of Reconveyance form instead. So I wasted $22 on the wrong form.

It was outstanding, seriously, I had 3 e mail correspondences asking for information and providing feedback within 2 hours and was ready for submission at that point. I didn't have any problem downloading and filling out the form on my computer and printing it yesterday. I didn't know what to put for "Source of Title". I called the county recording office; they didn't know either and said to leave it blank. I got the form notarized at my bank and took it in to the recording office. They checked it, accepted it, I paid a fee, and it's done. So easy. My children will appreciate that I've done this. Added note: You do have one typo on your form--you left out 'at'. It should read: "You should carefully read all information at the end of this form."

Special Warranty Deed I can't seem to type all my info in the blank spaces. It won't allow me to type any more. Maybe you should consider either allowing typists to type more (leaving more space) or allowing more room to type more.

I would absolutely use this service again. It was very convenient and I was pleasantly surprised at how responsive the staff was letting me know updates to my recording package. Also, my documents recorded immediately. I did have trouble uploading my document in the beginning because I didn't realize it had to be a pdf file. Once I figured that out, it was immediately accepted. Great service!

It was convenient to be able to download the deed template, instructions, and a completed sample deed all from deeds.com. I was able to complete my deed with little effort. My only complaint is that the editable fields in the pdf document are of fixed size, leaving some large spaces within a sentence, for example: Executed on this 1st day of July ,2020. This makes the printed document look a little peculiar.
