Use this form to create a survivorship joint tenancy in Ohio real property. The Ohio Revised Code Section 5302.17 states that a "deed conveying any interest in real property to two or more persons . . . creates a survivorship tenancy in the grantees, and upon the death of any of the grantees, vests the interest of the decedent in the survivor, survivors, or the survivor's or survivors' separate heirs and assigns."
Once executed and recorded, this deed immediately conveys ownership from the grantor to the grantees. To retain a shared ownership interest in the property, the grantor simply conveys the property to herself and the other intended co-tenants.

It was outstanding, seriously, I had 3 e mail correspondences asking for information and providing feedback within 2 hours and was ready for submission at that point.
I paid the invoice online and by the end of the day I had electronic verification that Registry of Deeds had processed my documents.

Had trouble filling in the forms not very user friendly. The text always had to be manipulated to look in the best place. Could not easily move existing text to look more professional with the text being inserted.

It was very difficult to maneuver through your website the wording on certain things are very difficult to figure out. I can't seem to get through to one place that I want versus what I don't want. The State form I chose was valid and accurate. However, I found the ability to enter information was inadequate and difficult. Converted the form to a Word document and was then able to enter the information I needed to.
