This is a Special Power of Attorney in which the first party, Principal authorizes a second Party, Attorney-in-fact, to purchase a certain property on your behalf. In this power of attorney, you are empowering your agent to perform every act necessary and requisite to negotiate, agree to and consummate, on whatever terms your Attorney in Fact deems appropriate, the purchase and financing for the purchase of the real property described within. This Power of Attorney (i) shall not be affected by the disability of the principal (ii) shall be governed, as to its validity, terms and enforcement, by those laws of the State of Oregon that apply to instruments negotiated, executed, delivered and performed solely within the State of Oregon. Further powers can be defined or limited in the "Special Instructions" area of the form.

Thought from the reviews and claims, it would be able to do our quit claim deed. Maybe for simple situations it works but ours required more room for the description and parcel numbers. Ended up being a total waste of $40.00. Wouldn't buy again. It is no better than the free forms you can find online.

To clarify for other customers: our quitclaim deed package includes an exhibit/attachment page for legal descriptions and parcel numbers that run long, with instructions on when and how to use it, this is a standard approach for multi-page legal descriptions and is accepted by recorders.

The Quitclaim deed form was fine. Unfortunately, all I wanted to accomplish was to transfer property held in my name into my trust, but I could not any wording on the information you provided on how to accomplish this. It was not a sale, just a transfer from me to me as trustee.

Not user friendly, and not an Adobe fan. The first page of Quitclaim Deed form cuts off the Parcel Identification line on the bottom. Also quite a few forms showed up to be downloaded , after I paid, so I was unsure if all the forms were part of the quitclaim package. I have adobe but was unable to locate the forms in adobe on my computer after I downloaded them. Just wanted to print out one quitclaim deed form, which would have taken less that 3 minutes. instead it took 97 minutes. Thank you, though, for having the form there.
