Use this form to release, terminate, extinguish a previously recorded document that involves access to and from a property.

1. Easement Deeds or Agreements (An easement is a non-possessory interest in land, granting the right to use someone else's property for a specific purpose, like a driveway or utility line)

This document allows the owner of the land, burdened by the access and the party that benefits from the access, to sign an agreement releasing the property from such access, under the premises the benefiting party no longer needs access. Very Poor and useles, a scam, don't waste your money, those templates are useless and do Not give you Any valid,proper, meeningful wording to use, did Not Help me, nothing more than what a 5th grader can come up with as far as wording or example..I feel I was riped off and this is a total scam... nothing useful

The form is so limited in space that I can not fit the vesting information as well as the real property information. The property information, I could put it as Exhibit A. which is not the usual way. Not happy.

The NV Clark County deed upon death was perfect! Our county doesn't offer a template, but rather has a long list of rules and specifications where they expect you to make your own document. I didnt want to risk making an unacceptable form so I purchased the template from Deeds.com. It was easy to use and very thorough. Our deed upon death was notarized and filed with the county with no issue. Save yourselves the time and headache and get the template!
