Included is a "Special Instructions" section where the attorney-in-fact's powers can be further limited and/or defined.
This power of attorney shall become effective immediately upon the execution of same and pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated Section 34-6-101 et seq. and shall be considered a "Durable Power of Attorney."
Shall be governed, as to its validity, terms and enforcement, by those laws of the State of Tennessee that apply to instruments negotiated, executed, delivered and performed solely within the State of Tennessee.
This power of attorney terminates upon a predetermined date.

I had a really good experience. I bought two forms from a different website and they didn’t help me at all. Granted, I only paid the minimum here I bought the upgrade and they showed me how to fill it out and what it should look like I went and had it notarized and took it to the county recorder and everything went smoothly. it would be nice to have explanation of all the forms required. For a first time estate DPOA, I feel a bit insecure with the forms and would like a paragraph explaining specifics for each link and what to complete for the ladybird deed. tl;dr - Bookmarked and anticipating using this site for years to come. My justification for rating 5/5 1. Provide intuitive method for requesting property records. 2. Cost for records *seems reasonable. 3. They clearly state that interested parties could gather these records at more affordable costs through the county (which was more confusing for an inexperienced person such as myself). I mean, I appreciate and respect this level of honesty. *I didn't shop around too much because it was difficult for me to find other services that could deliver CA property records.
