Included is a "Special Instructions" section where the attorney-in-fact's powers can be further limited and/or defined.
This power of attorney shall become effective immediately upon the execution of same and pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated Section 34-6-101 et seq. and shall be considered a "Durable Power of Attorney."
Shall be governed, as to its validity, terms and enforcement, by those laws of the State of Tennessee that apply to instruments negotiated, executed, delivered and performed solely within the State of Tennessee.
This power of attorney terminates upon a predetermined date.

the deed format and fill-in language are very specific to one type of easement and are not generally applicable to any other type; in other words it is not useful in a majority of situations and i would recommend against purchase unless you are creating an easement for an appurtenant landowner ONLY

I called the county clerk office yesterday that i wanted to get a deed e-filed and recorded. I think it needs to be easier to enlarge print to fit an 8"x12" sheet of paper. Printing off samples is difficult to read as it is too small
