The Principal(s), owners of the property appoint a second party, attorney-in-fact to sell a specific property. In this form the principal is empowering the attorney-in-fact to do and perform any act necessary to sell and convey the real estate specified. Included is a "Special Instructions" section where the attorney-in-fact's powers can be further limited and/or defined.
This power of attorney shall become effective immediately upon the execution of same and pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated Section 34-6-101 et seq. and shall be considered a "Durable Power of Attorney."
This power of attorney is formatted for recording in the Tennessee County, where the subject property is located and terminates upon a date provided by the principal. Therefore 60, 90, 120 days, etc. can be allotted for the sale.

You think you're purchasing 1 form for $25 but you are getting several which explains the $25. My printer ran out of black ink and I couldn't change the color of the text so that it would print. I couldn't copy and paste it to Word and work on it there. I'm going to purchase ink today so that it will at least print right. I will have to retype the text in Word; not good.

Deeds.com was so simple and easy to use! My local recorders office is closed due to COVID-19 and their recording said to use Deeds.com. I thought it was going to either be very complicated or very expensive and it was neither!!! The site walked me through step by step and the price of their service was very fair and affordable. It worked great- I had a little trouble at first with the site, figuring out where to do what, but the form was much better than the one we purchased at Staples, loved being able to fill out with the computer. We did need the other form as per the screen prior to ordering but couldn't figure out which one. The ladies at the recorders were great too.

This is another great deal that has come out of the quarantine for covid. Saved me hours and days of time. and provides a way to file deeds that really isn't done effectively anyway else. It was also very inexpensive that you would not expect. I didn't even have to leave home.
