I was very pleased with the document I downloaded. I was able to edit it easily and save a copy both as a permanent copy or one that could still be edited. I also liked being able to cut and paste longer paragraphs. It cost a little more than I expected; however, it was worth it be cause I didn't have to fill it out by hand. Great job!

The Quitclaim deed seems pretty simple However I wonder if I can fll out the paper as easily as it looks I appreciate very much the sample and the direction for filling out the deed. Now I am in the process of gathering document to fill out the deed and I think only when after everything done, I may have a clear idea how good the Quitclaim Deed is. Found the service useful and straightforward. The only recommendation would be to send an e-mail notification to the request or when their package is ready for download. Mine, apparently, was ready within and hour or so after placing the request but did not go back onto the site until a day later to find it was ready.
