Use this form to grant and assign an existing Deed of Trust to an assignee (by an instrument in writing, signed and acknowledged in the manner provided by law entitling mortgages to be recorded, assign the same to the person therein named as assignee) Once completed record the assignment in the auditor's office of the county where the Deed of Trust was recorded. For use by individuals or corporations. (RCW 61.16.010)
By law the current borrowers must be notified of the assignment and change of creditors with contact information, generally within 30 days to avoid penalty. Included are "Notice of Assignment of Deed of Trust" forms.

I was very pleased with the document I downloaded. I was able to edit it easily and save a copy both as a permanent copy or one that could still be edited. I also liked being able to cut and paste longer paragraphs. It cost a little more than I expected; however, it was worth it be cause I didn't have to fill it out by hand. Great job!

I took a chance and downloaded the Beneficiary Deed form -- would have liked to have been able to see the form before I paid, but I took a chance as everywhere else I looked online wanted me to fill out form online and then pay $30+ for each deed. 5 Stars isn't enough! I worked with KVH today (12-30-20) to get some deeds filed in Dallas County before the end of the year. Timing was critical and I thought my only option was to record in person.
