Unfortunately for me this website was of no help, due to the amount of paperwork that needed to be submitted. One thing I can say they responded with answer really quickly. If this is a website that only deals with quick and fast deed issues, then it should indicate what they can and cannot do.

I was in a rush to record a quit claim deed, however due to covid 19 Miami dade county recorders office are not open to public. According to staff I would have to mail in the quit claim deed and wait approximately two weeks for the deed to get recorded. Thanks to Deeds.com I got my document recorded in less than one day. Of little use to me. I did not feel this really help me to do a Quick Claim Deed here in Minnesota on my own. All it showed me is what a complex mess it is to fill out this deed. That, unfortunately, I am going to have to hire a professional to make sure it is done right.

Amazing service. Immediate responses at all hours of the day and prevent late in the evening! Patient and friendly. I will say that Adobe scan did not work well for me. Notes app for IOS has a scan feature and that seemed to work best.
