What you are seeing is one payment and a hold placed by your financial institution for the declined attempt. We are not sure why they do this but the hold usually falls off after a few day depending on their policy. I was counting on deeds.com to help me with a closing I was working on. I stumbled with the instructions but when I recovered there were no problems. The instructions were helpful and the deeds etc. were just what I needed. I give deeds five stars. I am 76 years old and when the application asks for the user's name I always think they want my name. WRONG. I am trying to learn computer speak.

Very Poor and useles, a scam, don't waste your money, those templates are useless and do Not give you Any valid,proper, meeningful wording to use, did Not Help me, nothing more than what a 5th grader can come up with as far as wording or example..I feel I was riped off and this is a total scam... nothing useful
