The form was very easy to use and the sample tool you had was very helpful. the only problem i had was saving the document and then trying to find it later. I finally was able to figure out how to save it. but i still cannot find the saved document on my computer. Luckily i printed it before i closed it and did not need to make any changes.

Deeds.com made the recording of our Deed in a county where we do not reside, VERY easy! Customer service was great with all my questions answered immediately via my account portal. This service is excellent. I submitted a Quickclaim Deed so my home would be in the name of a Living Trust I had just created. This was my first attempted at any of this and the staff person, KVH, who reviewed my Deed was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had and to make sure the Deed had the correct information before submittal to the county for recording. I started the process one afternoon and by the next day, the Deed was submitted to, and recorded in, my county. I will use them again whenever needed.

I filled out the Xfer on Death Deed and turned it in to the County Recorder - everything went well. I did NOT like the Huge Print over like a stamp of "DEEDS.COM" on some of the material - it just made it hard to read.
