This form is used for the purchase of real property located in Arkansas. The principal designates an agent and empowers him/her to act in all necessary legal documents including contracts for sale, deeds, mortgages, promissory notes, settlement statements, affidavits, and other documents with regard to all matters concerning the PURCHASE of a specific property. The Limited Power of Attorney is durable and shall not be affected by the principal's disability, incompetency, or incapacity although an expiration date can be set by the number of days the power of attorney stays active after its execution or by written revocation pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. 18-12-501 et seq.

Website is easy to use. I ordered the form, filled it out and uploaded it for recording. My only critique is that you can't preview the form before ordering and paying for it. I ordered a Deed of Full Reconveyance form only to find out I needed the Substitution of Trustee and Deedn of Reconveyance form instead. So I wasted $22 on the wrong form.

I ended up loading the same file twice and was unable to delete one of them. I did send e request in to have one deleted and I did get a response back that only one file was processed. This was done in a timely manner but required more additional time. It would have been nice to be able to delete the file myself and finish the process at the same time. Form needs to be gender neutral. Also, while the format prompts for the correct information to be included, more of the form needs to be open for editing and to eliminate unnecessary spacing.
