What is the California Interspousal Transfer Grant Deed
A California Interspousal Transfer Grant Deed is used to create, transfer, or terminate a real property ownership interest between spouses. This instrument applies to a present owner's interest and has been drafted to comply with the Revenue and Taxation Code Section 63.
A transfer of real property ownership interests between spouses is excluded from reappraisal under the California Constitution Article 13 A &1 et seq. and transfer taxes, as this conveyance establishes sole and separate property of a spouse (RT 11911)

You charge too much for a form. Your business model is shortsighted. I would not try to use your service again. You got $20 from me this once, but I would try very hard to not use your service again. Your model does not encourage serial or professional usage.

I was in despair as I needed to file two (2) very important documents with the County. Due to Covid the office was closed and my only recourse was to E-Fie with a service provider. I was fortunate enough to hear about Deeds.com. They were specific, courteous, patient and most of all productive. My documents will take awhile for the final filing but that is because the County happens to have a slow turn around time. Otherwise, I am now relieved that this part is over. Thank you Deeds.com. Great to have a downloadable form, rather than a cloud solution that gives no guarantee of privacy. Appreciated the sample.......but all of that still left me with open issues about how to tweak the form to serve my particular needs......for example: how to ensure that survivor rights were properly characterized; how far back I should go with the "Source" section + how I should layer my own additions to the chain of ownership, etc. Nonetheless, an overall happy experience.
